7th and 8th Grade Uniform Help

I apologize for the timing of this , but only being a teacher in the district, I only have so much power to complete anything to do with district funds, the budget or timing of anything to do with money. We have been approved to purchase 15 more uniforms to fit the growth of our bands this year. This may or may not be enough money, but we need to work with what we are given sometimes. In order to get this order completed, I am in desperate need of parent help during the school day this week. I need as many parents that I can get to help organize the current uniforms, and measure all of the 7th and 8th grade band students to see how many of which sizes we need to order to fit the current students in 7th and 8th grade. I know that we all have very busy lives, but we need to move very quickly on this in order to have them by our winter concert. Please email or call me as soon as possible if you can help.
